Alison Schug

VOLUNTEER CO-CHAIR

Alison lives in New Richmond with her husband, Trevor, and two young daughters.

She has recently worked on the Mandela Barnes' campaign leading volunteer training and the St. Croix County Moms for Mandela group.

Originally from Iowa, Alison is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in French Studies and Business Administration. She earned her Masters Degree in Global Business from the University of Phoenix.

She has worked in the refrigeration industry in customer care for 11 years, as well as in the construction industry since 2021 doing sales training. She is excited to bring her passion for training and service excellence to this role to help volunteers.

The recent political climate drove her interest in getting involved locally. She is inspired by the quote, “Good intentions don't change anything; Actions do!”

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading a great book, and adventuring with her kids.
